I was doing last minute V day party shopping for my kids. HEB had a display with a mail in for a free water bottle when you buy 2 Frosted flake cereals. The boxes of cereal had a B1g1 coupon on them. The HEB also had the water bottles on the shleves to take home. So I walked away with 2 boxes of Frosted Flakes and 2 water bottles for $2.77. I did not have my binder with me so you may get a better deal with q's. I will also be using the mail in to get another bottle.
